Do note that I am a beginner with making cutom clothes and only using Blender at the moment, so my work will represent my current skills.

Please make sure that I have access to the required files of the game, either by asking if I own the game or by checking if the specific model is available on the web.

Since weight painting has to be done from scratch, clipping might occur in some places. I will try to keep it to a minimum.

All prices can be adjusted on a case-by-case basis due to complexity or other factors.

Upscales etc. only count towards one body. For additional bodies, a small additional fee will be required, depending on the amount of changes that will have to be made to the mod.

Commissions will be paid on Ko-Fi via the “Tip” or the “Commissions” option, or via PayPal invoice.

Full payment will be required after I complete my work and have sent you preview pictures. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and will be in Euros €.

I retain the right to increase the prices for a commission, if I notice that the complexity is higher than the standard. The prices are up to my discretion and I will inform the client about the additional cost.

Two small revisions are included in the price. Major changes, some additional wishes and any further revisions will be charged extra, though will mostly never be more expensive than the commission option itself. I will inform the client about any additional costs.

You will recieve a digital file in the form of a ttmp2 or pap. I can upscale or rescale mods if the mod creator approves of the paid service and you must get approval before commissioning me. By requesting a commission, I will assume this has already been done.

NSFW mods will only be allowed if you are at least 18 years of age. By commissioning me with such mods, I will assume that you are.

No NSFW mods will be made for Lalafell or child-like characters.

In the case of paying upfront, if the commission is cancelled by me or the client before work has started, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to my discretion. No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions. I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, and without explanation. If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it, a full refund will be given.

One commission takes about one to two weeks to complete, though it can take longer and depends on my schedule, the complexity of the commission and my waitlist. Smaller comissions will be completed faster. If there are any delays in completion of a commission, I will notify the client.

I will try to send you work in progress pictures for bigger commissions, or if you have any special wishes. This is up to my discretion and for some commissions, only a final preview will be sent.

The finished product is for personal use only, unless agreed otherwise. Do not publish it as your own or use it for paid mods or commissions. You may share them with your friends or persons from your physical household. All works are for noncommercial purpose only.

I retain all the rights to my work, which includes but is not limited to the right to use images of the commission as a sample for sales or self-promotion. If you do not want me to post your commission online for the aforementioned reasons, you must tell me when you order.

By commissioning me you are hereby agreeing to these Terms of Service.

Failure to follow the terms may result in termination of commission and your name added to a blacklist. I will no longer accept any commissions from you, nor will you be able to own any of my designs.
